Frankston City Libraries now has a presence at Karingal PLACE in Ashleigh Avenue, Karingal.
Between 11AM and 1PM Tuesdays and 10AM and 12 noon Wednesdays during school terms (excluding public holidays), you'll be able to borrow from a selection of picture books and paperbacks. The Wednesday hours follow-on from the pre-school storytime at Karingal PLACE.
