If you're driving to Frankston Library this Saturday, you may have to find different places to park. Due to Frankston's Christmas Festival of Lights, Young Street between Davey and Playne streets and the Arts Centre car park are closed this Saturday.Free parking will still be available in Playne Street and along Young Street north of the roundabout. The car parks at the Frankston Railway Station and the Bayside Entertainment Complex also close by.
