Help us do better

Renae, uni student and Frankston City Libraries team member, is asking for your assistance in helping both her studies and the Library.

Renae and the Library are currently running a survey evaluating our services and your level of satisfaction with using the library. It asks tough questions like Do you use the catalogue and Have you used the Library website?

You can find the questionnaires at our libraries and they take just a few moments to complete.
