We was wrongToday, we sent out our overdue and reservation notices as usual. Only, instead of being for 25 May, 2010, they were for 2008. And then there were those sent without content.

If you have one of these errant messages, please ignore it. Tear it up and pop it into your recycling bin, or delete it from your email or mobile phone. It's no good.
