Just a reminder of our New Year's Eve and New Year's Day hours:
- New Year's Eve, 31 December, 2009: library and returns chutes closed from 5:00 pm
- New Year's Day public holiday, 1 January 2010: libraries and chutes closed
- 2 January 2010: normal hours resume and chutes re-open at 9AM at Frankston and 11AM at Carrum Downs
