Frankston is open - YIPPEE!
I know, it's been distressing. The Frankston Library, one of this City's brightest beacons of culture, community and learning, has been closed for two whole weeks.
In that time, like a caterpillar that turns into a beautiful butterfly, the Library has undergone a transformation. Now it's brighter, more spacious and refreshed. Evolved and renewed, the doors are now open to the eager, the bewildered, the awe struck and the spatially disorientated, one and all building new neural pathways.
But enough of the hyperbole!
If you haven't already done so, just come down and check it out yourself.
